Our business is built on service, and service begins with people. The people who make it all possible, our employees. This message is one of gratitude to our incredible team who go above and beyond every single day. 

First, our engineers, the ones who take joy in late-night calls, enjoy the thrill of travelling across multiple time zones to land in places they have not seen before. It’s the engineers who lead complex retrofit projects far from home on ships that are larger than the buildings they have back home. It’s their commitment, passion for adventure, and most importantly, their skill that sets them apart. Our engineers are the face of the company, and we’re thankful for it. 

Then, there are employees at our office. Those who love working in the hectic heart of the Port of Rotterdam, the largest port in Europe and the centre of global trade. Stationed at our base on the Damen Verolme Shipyard, where they see the vessel types we operate on from close by. Our team coordinates every project and supports our engineers wherever they are, whenever they need them. It’s a small, diverse group — a family — with backgrounds spanning mechanics, HR, finance, marketing, sales, strategy, and coordination. Everyone’s input matters here, and every idea can make a real difference. We’re thankful for the loyalty, input, trust and hard work we’ve received from them.
